New construction of a Carmax Auto Superstore, which is a state of the art auto sales and service facility. Built for Industrial Developments International and located in South Houston, the aggregate of the buildings is approximately 53,000 sq.ft.

The alternate tiltup construction method of this intricate project ultimately saved the client both time and money. Sun Builders Co. managed to meet the accelerated job schedule and made many vital contributions to the prototype design for the future development of Carmax Auto Superstores.
