The Fountains
Stafford, Texas

A combination of tiltup and EIFS construction for approximately 650,000 sq.ft. of retail space with an excess of 1,000,000 sq.ft. of concrete parking including a sophisticated man made fountain with surrounding boardwalk. The Fountains, located at the corner of US 59 and Airport was developed by GorCap, a division of the Gordon Family.

A proven "team concept" project, The Fountains was completed in record time. The retail demands for a "Christmas Opening" dictated the execution of phased construction long before definitive drawings were available.

Sun Builders Co. was dedicated to working closely with the Owner, Architect and Consultants to provide timely, accurate conceptional pricing and extensive value engineering which was used to finalize the design.
